Homes of a variety of sizes and styles are possible, but will always reflect the community’s snow country and mountain heritage. Once you have decided to build a home, you have several options. We have assembled an outstanding design-build team and created a user-friendly process to assist you in creating a truly custom home suited to your desires and to fit your homesite. We work with you through every step of this process, from conceptual design through permitting and construction, to deliver a turnkey home ready for you to move into and begin to enjoy all of the pleasures of Trailhead. In addition to the custom program, we will be offering a portfolio of semi-custom home designs. These homes reflect the styling and character called for in the Trailhead design guidelines and can be modified and adjusted to fit your needs. And of course, you can always choose to work with your own architect and builder to create your custom home. Although there is no timeframe or requirement to build on your property, we believe that Trailhead will be an environment where owners will want to have a home. Once you do decide to build, construction must be completed within 18 months.
