Just a few minutes walk along the community’s trails takes one to the Lake. A day at the Lake is simply a delight. A swimming beach, cabins with changing rooms, pavilion, fire pits and picnic tables are among the planned attractions. Boaters will have a launch ramp and boat slips.

*Note: The homeowners association has a perpetual easement for the benefit of owners and their tenants and guests to use the Beach property for recreational purposes and for access to Lake Almanor, for which a fee will be paid by the association. The Beach Property is not owned by the association or the individual homeowners.
